We stopped in with no expectation looking for something to eat while we were on the go. Billy’s did not disappoint. The atmosphere is elevated family dining. The staff is exceptional. Had lunch at Billy’s Restaurant and went with the chicken rice bowl lunch special. Easily one of the better quick lunches I’ve had in Lincoln. The portion was solid, the chicken was cooked perfectly, and everything tasted fresh without feeling heavy. What I really liked was the balance. Good flavor, clean ingredients, and it actually felt like a meal that fuels you instead of slowing you down in the afternoon. Service was quick and friendly, which makes it an easy go-to if you’re on a tight schedule.
