Overall: pretty good! First time in Lincoln and at a Runza. I Food. Good. They told me they have some of the best ranch in the Midwest. It was pretty good. Service: quick and good.

40th and Randolph is less then Ideal when I come to represent Nebraska this location is cold and not even close to Nebraskan Hospitality. The drive thru person was so blah and didn’t give me a receipt upon transaction she quickly closed the window. The hospitality died at this location even when the roads are closed not even busy. I worked at Runza and this has got to be the worst experience again at this location. Granted I give them the benefit of the doubt that working at a restaurant is stressful, but my order was simple and even simple enough they just weren’t there in time. Please repre

Runza is a great restaurant. This little location is great for a take home meal. It service to the neighborhood is wonderful. They are trying to stay open with all the street work. Don't let the construction hold you back. Give them your business. During the warmer weather it is fun to enjoy the picnic tables.

I went through the drive thru on 40th and Randolph. I had to repeat my order, of 3 meals, multiple times. After finally making it to the window, while waiting for my card back, I could hear them clear as day making fun of the way I talk.(due to a slight studder when having to repeat myself as many times as I did.) Causing me to feel extremely uncomfortable, upset, and Self conscious. But what made it all worse was when I got home, and took my first bite of my bacon cheese burger. RAW BACON. Yes! Raw bacon. And to top it all off the onion dip for my frings. It didn't smell right when opening i
