Jacqueline Azcona★had a really disappointing experience today at Burger King. I accidentally ordered an Impossible Burger and immediately asked if I could switch it to a Whopper—I was completely willing to pay the difference. Unfortunately, the employee a lady I spoke to had a very rude attitude and refused to help or make any changes. I understand mistakes happen, but customer service should be about helping resolve simple issues, not making customers feel uncomfortable. I hope management looks into this and works on improving how situations like this are handled. A little kindness and willingness to help w

Kendris Cabral★★★★Came in for a quick bite; stayed a bit longer to enjoy the decor…. At a BK!!!! Some may say it’s outdated; but it felt like I was eating modern fast food in a 60s time capsule. I enjoyed the displays, the glass case, and the staff was very attentive. Again no major complaints and a new stop to show next time I am in town with the kids.
Lukey Boyz★Selling people cold and not fresh Whoppers on Whopper Wednesday is wild. I stop coming to this BK because of the rude Indian lady. I see she’s still there. I’m done with that location, to add my fries were fresh & hot but very salty.
