Ambiance was very nice when you walk in. Our server Gabby was very sweet and helpful. We started with the cantina mac n cheese for an appetizer. It was awesome.It was a Mexican flavored mac n cheese that came in a delicious tortilla bowl. Seriously delicious. I had the bieria bowl. It was very good. We also ordered the smash burger tacos. They were delicious. My wife had the crunch wrap. She liked it. We shared the apple dessert. It was incredible. Chris the executive chef came and spoke to us. He is a very cool guy. We had a great dinning experience and will definitely return.

Was excited to try the new food because I enjoyed the brewery food prior to the change. We ordered out and boy was it disappointing. I got the chicken elote burrito as you can see it was as gray and bland as it looks. Dry, flavorless, and disappointing. My wife got tacos that were just bad, not to mention real small for the price. The birria was just strange, flat with almost no filling and overall not good. Also, I wasn’t going to write this review until I saw how rude whoever is responding to these reviews has been. We had given GSB multiple tries and every time they always fell short, but wanted to give the new concept another shot, going in with an open mind that staff had been retrained, and food would be better. Not very higher expectations. Sadly, beyond disappointed, again. We were seated in the vault. I had such a great time at Breakers Burrito Bar! The overall energy in the restaurant was absolutely beautiful!! so warm, lively, and welcoming. I went with three of my girlfriends and we all had the best night. A special shoutout to our server, Sarah, who was incredibly sweet and made the whole experience even better. She was attentive, kind, and really added to the vibe of the night. Definitely can’t wait to come back!
