Zero customer service. I ordered a hot coffee instead of a cold coffee, I took full responsibility and said “hey I’m so sorry but I ordered hot instead of cold, is there any way to get a cup of ice and I’ll pour it over?” The barista could not have cared less said “that’ll be a dollar”. I looked at the line of 7 people and said “ok I just don’t want to get in line to pay my dollar because I don’t have cash on me”. She walked away from me. She could have atleast tried to be a bit more accommodating and taken my credit card - or given me the cup of ice. I have been getting Dunkin for years and h

Ordered on the app 15 mins ahead of time to make sure my order was ready. No customers inside or in the drive through and the order was marked ready on the screen yet my order was not made. I had to walk out without my order or else I was going to be late to work. This has happened on more than one occasion

This location is very bad. They always look like they're overstaffed and each staff member struggles to make one order at a time. They dont make pick up orders until you arrive. They wouldn't be able to work at other Dunkins with less staff and more customers. Every time I've gotten food it's burnt. Drinks are never right.

Today was my birthday and Arianna ( I hope I got her name right) made my iced coffee perfectly. She was kind and courteous. She made my day that much more special. I will definitely be back every time I'm in the area. Thank you for excellent service!
