This has to be the slowest Taco Bell location on the planet…. I’ve come here numerous times and every time I leave frustrated. People waiting on the drive-through are actually getting into arguments with each other. I don’t know if that artificial intelligence drive-through is making them slow or they need to just do a complete overhaul of their staff because it’s completely unacceptable to get Taco Bell and it takes 50 minutes on line…

I want to start this by saying the employees are extremely great and hardworking and i never have a problem with my order or food. However every time i go to this taco bell location late at night the line is basically on to sunrise highway and im waiting in the line for almost up to an hour. whoever is the manager of this location needs to really step up their game when it comes to scheduling. there is not enough employees here for the ammount of customers late at night EVER. This should be fixed as the wait at a “fast food” establishment should never be this long, and i can tell that it is no

Slowest service imaginable. You’d think that with a line of cars going down the highway and over a dozen people inside, they’d show a little hustle making the food. Took well over 30 minutes to get the food, while all of the workers were stopping to chat every 5 seconds. They need to do better, especially with the other (better) Lindy Taco Bell closed for renovations.

After going to retrieve an online order, I came across an employee that I had an issue with on a prior visit (employee on right) When noticing I was at the drive thru window, this employee came to the window, became verbally aggressive and confrontational. While this was going on his “wife” approached my vehicle, put herself between the drive thru window and my car and too started to become verbally aggressive. This escalated to me not receiving my food and no refund for this order. If Taco Bell doesn’t make this situation right, this entire video will be posted to social media. This employee
