I ordered the colada which is a limited edition through the app. I went through the drive thru ( which is one of the few locations that has this convenience) the wait time is over ten minutes, so that is not convenient. I paid for and indicated to add peanut butter, extra banana and yogurt. First, she hands me someone else's mocha whatever and then I had to wait another five minutes for My order, JUST to get none of the additives I asked and paid for! During my work week I Only go to the Tropical Smoothie location near Central Islip off Motor Pkwy. I Love that location!! Friendly staff and ser

Very disappointed with my experience at Tropical Smoothie. The service was extremely slow, and the staff seemed to be moving with no sense of urgency despite customers waiting. The restaurant was also noticeably dirty, and customers could clearly see the lack of cleanliness throughout the store. After waiting an unreasonable amount of time for my order, I requested a refund. Management needs to address both the customer service and cleanliness issues. I will not be returning unless significant improvements are made.

Since the opening of this location, the staff has always been super friendly, welcoming and suggestive. They are very clean and well organized. You can feel positive energy once you walk through the door. We all know tropical smoothie Cafe has tasty food and great smoothies. If you truly would like a treat try the peanut butter crunch wrap. I love walking into this location. I am glad they opened up right down the street from my photography studio (flawlessdigitalphotos) The owner of this location is very caring and engaging with the staff and customers. Thank you for a great experience! One

Ordered two of their new snack wraps and both were barely warmed, the cheese wasn’t even melted. Got two smoothies and one was ok but the other was basically a juice it was so liquidy. I asked them to remake it and she just put more ice.
