Food was delicious. I gave it four stars because they put WAY too much cream cheese on the bagel. The meat and egg couldn't even stay on the and the cream cheese was oozing out. I really enjoy Einstein bagels and I think that was a one off. Separately, their coffee is always delicious.

Buyer beware. Guess they are thinking of new ways to make a profit. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich on ciabatta just as advertised on their menu, published price of $9.10. But it rang up as $9.60 - 50 cents more, the cashier said it was because I ordered ciabatta. I responded my order is exactly what is on their menu for $9.10. Cashiers shoulders shrug and I got the “I just work here”. Service very slow, waited 22 minutes for sandwich. I will add the sandwich was very warm and very spicy which I appreciated.

Today’s morning crew were so fast and efficient! There was a line and I was still up to the register and got my iced latte in about 4 min. My drink was ready as soon as I paid. Server listed on my receipt was Raymonta!

Can I just share how much I appreciated a smiling kind face who took my order at 6 AM this morning? She was a sweetheart. I got my latte and sesame bagel in a brief amount of time and everyone was very professional. They were working diligently… Looks like a great morning team!
