Not impressed with my experiences at this location. When I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker, I could hear staff talking and joking over the intercom, which did not create a professional first impression. The food is mediocre for the price. I have visited this location three times and have been disappointed each time. Most recently, on Sunday, I purchased a 25-piece wing order and a 5-piece fish combo. This was by far my worst experience. I called in my order. Told me 15 minutes. I get there & order not ready. The entire time wings were just sitting in a bowl on the counter (probably from when I called in). A fly or anything could of gotten into it. They were cold & hard as if they refried them. Fries were cold. Cashiers not pleasant. One just sitting down on her cell phone. The young guy that took my order over the phone was too busy giving his friends free food/drink. I didn't get any silverware. Yeah the afternoon shift is going to cause an issue.

Do NOT get the burger. It tastes fake and the bacon was turkey bacon… I did eat the bacon, since I couldn't enjoy the burger.

Bug in my juice I always check my order & look I looked again because something told me to just look this bug was swimming floating in my cup….🤢🤢🤢🤢🤮 I’m done! Grossed out…mind you I had already drink in it it had been floating in between the ice. So nasty, this is unacceptable. Please check the cups. Not cool! 👎 Video & picture.
