I have avoided BK for a wile due to usually slow service, bad food and dirty interior. This quick stop was very different. For the first time in years the burger and fries looked great!!

Walked in around 6:00. Saw no employees for about 3 minutes. Thought they were closed, and forgot to lock the door. Nice person came out to take my order. Took the bag to my hotel room, and the order was wrong. Two days later, I am timing the drive through. Watching from my hotel window. ( I know, get a life). 30+minutes for a fast food joint? I love BK. What happened at this location? First time people, this is not the standard.

Slowest one I've ever been to. 15 mins to get a meal. Just shut it down, walk across the busy road to McDonald's and learn how to function. Your food is comparable but your process in getting it to me sucks. 2 people working and no one in the sitting area? I should have walked out but needed to be reminded i guess.

Ordered a hamburger with only ketchup, explicitly stating that there was a dairy allergy. It was reasonable to assume that this would be taken seriously given the word "allergy", and yet after unwrapping what was supposed to be a hamburger, there was in fact cheese on it. While quality food is not the reason I ordered from this establishment, there is an expectation that food allergies would be taken seriously given the potential for legal action. I would advise the manager of this establishment to review basic food safety regulations in the future so that in the event this mistake befell a
