This was one of the most efficient, well-run Firehouse Subs locations I’ve visited. From the moment I walked in to pick up my order until I left, every employee greeted me and spoke with a positive attitude. Great customer service with a smile which is hard to find these days

Terrible service. Ordered my sandwich over the app and it still took an hour before I received it. I just stood in the store for 30 minutes waiting around while I needed to go to work. I didn’t want to waste my time asking for a refund. Multiple customers got their meals before me when the young lady told me I was second in line. Atrocious.

StoneCrest Fire House subs is well ran, and delivers on good foods. Good atmosphere, and is kept clean. The staff here are friendly majority of the time. We are human,and depend on how heavy the day went this staff maintains good work spirits. I like being appreciated spending my money patronizing a business. Kudos to the Management here.
