Extremely disrespectful and insulting experience. Ordered thru the app, arrived in a positive mood just to be confronted with poor management and ugly demeanors. The worst part is, all I ordered was a double waffle and I got to the car and it was crispy and burnt! Tasted it and it’s just unacceptable. I return and imma show yall how they continued with intentional POOR SERVICE. RAW AND DANGEROUS!! Rude and yall… the lady wouldn’t even look at me in my face bc they thought I wasn’t going to check the burnt one and then she quickly gives my one that’s not yet done cooking. Investigate!

I was over there tonight I asked them I triple mushrooms. They barely gave me mushrooms, plus I wanted soft Bacon but it was toaino soft. I usually don't complain about them. But I don't know what their deal was tonight. They are really good in the morning time.

What can I say but, it's a Waffle House like any other. Great when that's what you crave or when nothing else is open. Don't forget the rush to get there and sober up after the bars close!

I really like going to the Waffle House. However, in my opinion, there are some things that they could improve. Wait on your customers' quicker, fewer cell phone conversations, and / or just on them while customers are waiting to be served. Clearner tables, floors, and more friendly smiling faces. Employees should lower their voices when in conversations with each other, especially if it's about another employee. It's not business that the public should hear. Managers step up and wear your title well by being more professional and in control of the situation and keeping order at all times. Ma
