Missing items from your order all the time, lobby AC never works in the summer; heater doesn't work in the winter, no one wants to help the front counter and seem annoyed if they do have to help. Long long long wait times for food. My husband is a diabetic and his sugar was dropping fast, so after we placed our order I went to the front counter to get at least our drinks asap. I said politely "excuse me" with 1 person working the drive through (I don't blame her for not acknowledging me as the drive through was super busy) but there were 2 other employees who glanced at me but did nothing. I’ve been going to the Taco Bell because my family never has an issue here. until today I had asked for a the supreme luxe box which is seven a dollar box that comes with a hard taco, a beefy five layer and a Chalupa I had asked to make my hard taco a soft taco, which is very common they said it was fine never read my order back and it didn’t show on the screen. When I get to the window and pay I get handed my receipt which is nothing at all that I ordered it showed 4 chicken soft tacos along with chips and cheese. This location had some drama last night while I was waiting for my food and I feel they handled it very well. Some customer decided to throw drinks back through the drive through window and the staff remained friendly and everything I got was correct. These people need respect or else there isn't gonna be anyone working at taco bell at 11pm. Thank you to the staff there you shouldn't have to deal with that.

Ordered a chicken crispanada and it was completely burnt. the workers there were like 10. i should’ve known but how the service was that my food would be completely trash. such a bummer because i work across the parking lot at wingstop and always want to go to taco bell on my break but now i don’t have the crave for it any more after this. 🤮
