Horrible experience. We went because Mom wanted some margaritas. I ordered a margarita at the bar. then was told that I can't have a straw or a glass outside. so I waited. And waited. And waited. And waited. The bartender proceeded to ask me if I wanted to order food and I said well I need to take Mom her drink first and give her the menu, so then he ignored me for 10 more minutes while making other people's drinks. finally I said to him dude I need to take Mom her drink Can you please give me a plastic cup to put this in and he ignored me. The whole episode of getting drinks was ridiculous Ma

Beautiful views, great people/service and delicious food!! The huevos rancheros were so tasty! And you have to get the hand made tortillas to go with it too! Mari was very sweet and Leo the owner is so nice! Definitely coming back to try some more food. ☺️

Had lunch at Cafe El Palomar while spending the afternoon downtown and it ended up being one of those places we kept talking about afterward. The atmosphere feels very relaxed and welcoming, and the food tasted genuinely homemade instead of rushed or overly commercial. I ordered the carnitas burrito and it was excellent; really flavorful, perfectly cooked, and way bigger than I expected. The rice and beans on the side were great too and didn’t feel like an afterthought.
