I came through the drive-through today, I ordered a chicken street taco I asked for a hard shell taco. I received a soft shell. I also purchased some tacos. Hard shell, and the food is cold. Food cost too much to have mediocre food in this day and age.. Typically, my food is good at this location when I do stop in that’s why I came.. I am super disappointed. My food is not good. The grease was not fresh for the fries. I will not be stopping in this location again.

Ordered DoorDash. I ordered a bean and rice burrito, and they put chicken in it. Absolutely unacceptable as a vegetarian. Also, my tostada came completely crushed and was leaking in the bag because the packaging was damaged. Half of the shell was also missing!

The new manager was great to work with. She listened to our concerns, addressed the issues that had been affecting the team, and made meaningful improvements. She was fair, understanding, and always willing to help when something needed attention. Because of the positive changes she made and my experience working with her, I would always be willing to go back there for her.

For a Mexican fast food restaurant this place is very good. Reminds me of how Taco Bell used to be in the late 1900's. Everything tastes fresh and of good quality ingredients. If you have to choose between this place or Taco Bell it's not even close, go here. Overall for a fast food spot I'd give Dell Taco a solid 4.5 out of 5. It's a different rating scale because it's fast food but it's actually very good food.
