Got food a little after 12pm. There was only two people working. It’s Memorial Day so they were really busy. I had asked for two kids drinks that are not on the menu (and I don’t think they technically have to make them), but they made them no problem! We’re very nice despite being short handed it seemed, and very busy. Great service! Working those kinda jobs can be stressful but they had such nice attitudes despite the situation. We will definitely be back!

A few days ago I went up to the window and ordered just bagel bites. That's exactly how I said it. And the employee asked if I wanted a croissant or a bagel and I said that I just wanted the bagel bites. And then I pulled up the window and paid but I didn't get enough change back, and then I got handed a sandwich with bagel bites. I told the employee that I only wanted bagel bites (for the 3rd time) and she said, "your bagel bites are in there." And then I said (4) "I only ordered bagel bites." And she said, "yes I know you got bagel bites, they are in there " and I said (5) "no, it says there

At 8am, this place is already out of the most popular donuts. It appears as though they are going more in the direction of "Dunkin" by concentrating more on food, and less on the "Donuts" by not preparing enough to last. The doors and entrance look like its about to fall apart already and its a fairly new building.

Went with my child to get some donuts early Sunday morning. The guy ringing up people and handling cash drops something on the floor then takes my order. He then proceeds to grab donuts for my order without cleaning his hands or changing gloves. I called him out on it. He throws the donut he handled onto the other donuts in the rack contaminating everything in the rack. If he will do this in front of customers imagine what he does in the back where no one can see The store has been there for just a few years and it is falling apart and is filthy.
