Food was good and tasted fresh. The server was friendly and provided great service. However, the portion sizes felt too small for the price. Overall, nice staff and good flavor, but not the best value.

We come to IHOP every year as part of a special celebration, and unfortunately this year's visit was very disappointing. The restaurant wasn't busy at all, yet the service was extremely slow. Our waitress was friendly and polite, but our drinks were never refilled throughout the meal. While our food arrived in a reasonable amount of time, it was cold and poorly prepared. The biscuits and gravy were cold and tasted like they had been sitting for a while. Instead of serving the gravy in a separate bowl, it was simply poured over the biscuits. Absolutely terrible good. Ask for over easy eggs her scrambled. Ask for an omelette with no cheese on top they bring you out an omelette with two slices of square cheese, not melted laid over the top… unfortunately, for them, we were very specific with our meals because of times like this

My friend wanted the cupcake pancakes since the IHOP in Monroe Mi has closed. I hadn't eaten at one of these for years so I decided to eat here. While my friend loved her cupcake pancakes, I really didn't enjoy the egg Benedict since it was not even average for all the different ones I have eaten over the years. I had to get a diet Pepsi because they don't have Coke. Service was friendly but just average. Since it wasn't busy since we were there for a late lunch. I don't know if I will be back.
