The food was great! But if I honestly could give the service/Atmosphere a zero I would! There’s this manager there named Alejandra that treats her colleagues horribly rude! I can tell that they are afraid of her. I feel bad for them.

The staff here is great I been coming here since I move to Lodi CA. 10 years living here this is my favorite breakfast spot to go to. There really helpful and great with customers they treat everyone like family and they all enjoy working there always happy and smiling. They are pretty fast on sitting there customers hardly wait to long to get seated.

I’d give service above 5 as it is always the best!!!! Especially the service that Alejandra, Lilly, Elis and Brianna render!!! EVERY single time we’ve visited this IHOP restaurant, we are greeted with a smile and such a warm welcome . These ladies treat us as if we are family and not just patrons, their attitude and behavior shows how much they ENJOY what they do😊 We have visited IHOP restaurants when we travel, and although we receive good service, however, nothing compared to our visits at our “home” IHOP!! Needless to say, we will continue to support and visit THIS restaurant!!!!
