If you like whiskey and good food this is the place you want to find yourself. They literally have an iconic whiskey wall with countless of great selections ranging from American whiskey,Scotch, Japanese whiskey and much more. The food is amazing and they are a sister restaurant to Little Bad Wolf so you know their burger is going to be insanely good and it did not disappoint. Such a hip and cool spot. Love the decor, the vibe is very chill and cool. Great customer service, place is small. The bar is nice, but limited seating but worth the wait. Food was so good, very modern and not simple or basic. A lot of flavor & lots going on. I definitely loved everything! Would totally come back.

Celebrated our daughter’s birthday at Gretel. As good a gastro pub as I’ve been to. French Dip with thinly sliced prime rib was to die for. My wife’s chicken sandwich was amazing with crisp chicken bulging out of both sides. Love their fries too. Great spot in Logan Square.

Gretel has incredibly great food and the vibe is cool. There is atmospheric art and music and lighting. The wall of liquor is amazing. The main thing is that it has one of the best burgers in Chicago. Seriously delicious. The Mac and Cheese is hands down the best I’ve ever had. The wait said 1 hour but there were bar seats right away. We lucked out.
