We paid for a specific guest count, yet they ran out of food halfway through service, leaving many of my guests with completely empty plates. To make matters worse, the food they did serve was clearly old, dried out, and lacked any freshness. When you pay premium prices for a banquet, you expect fresh food and adequate portions.
