I’ll admit upfront I’m a bbq snob. I was really looking forward to this meal due to the 4.7⭐️ rating on google, this was not a good experience however. I was first of all disappointed to receive low quality frozen onion rings that were undercooked and bland, they look and taste like they come from a cheap diner, a travesty. Way disappointed tonight. After a $70 meal for 2 and mediocre BBQ, I'm sad to report this restaurant was probably smart to set up shop at the mall where people have limited options. Sadly, we were the people who drove from Castle Rock to try this place with excellent reviews. Not sure if its a lack of options in Colorado or everyone's standards are just really low but the 4 stars they have is VERY misleading. Great, great BBQ joint. The food was amazing. I really liked this spot and it was busy to show. We ordered ribs, brisket, and pork. I will say all the meat is much better with the sauce then plain. The ribs fell off the bone and were juicy. The brisket just fell apart. The pork was good but a little fatty for my liking.

The workers were really friendly and checked in on me a few times to make sure I was happy. I didn’t have the time/inclination to tell them the food was poor. The brisket I ordered disintegrated when touched and felt pretty gummy. The sausage didn’t really taste of smoke or like BBQ. Place was busy, they must do something right. But it wasn’t for me.
