Great coffee, horrible customer service!! The older lady is very passive aggressive and has terrible customer service.i walked in at 3:10pm and ordered several drinks but had and issue with my bank regarding payment. The only reason I had to pay with debit card was because after 3pm they don't take cash. To me that doesn't make sense, but anyways while I was trying to figure stuff out with my bank, the older lady kept giving me looks and made me very uncomfortable. Strongest coffee in town, and the best breakfast sandwiches. The Sunrise Sandwich is my favorite breakfast sandwich in Long Beach. It’s spicy, tangy, and perfectly filling. I love the level of heat! Plus, I appreciate that they always let me sub avocado for the meat. Their matcha-lemonade is perfect on a warm day, and their seasonal offerings never disappoint. The family who runs the shop is so kind and the atmosphere feels so homey. We often linger at a sidewalk table long after we’ve finished our sandwiches.

Nothing worse than a coffee shop that closes before they close. 3:55pm and it says online they close at 4 but they’ll only serve cold brew Adding on to this review because I got a thumbs up response from the owner. So clearly bad customer service comes from the top down. I ended up going down the street to Coffee Station. It’s within walking distance if you want to go somewhere open with good coffee and better customer service.
