This site struggles to be quick and efficient. Get in line 20-40 minute wait.... Wait what?!? It's coffee... 20-40 minutes waiting YES!! Specifically at this location. Order ahead NO PROBLEM still 20-40 minute wait. Coffee from here is NEVER fast. On the way to work leave 45 minutes earlier because of the wait. Idk what the issue is whether it's the design of the location or the newness of the people. Drinks are good. But unless you have 30 mins to waste don’t come. I get the their trying to reach with the customer service but people sit in drive thru for far too long talking. The cars pile down main st while everyone fights for a spot.

Ordered a drink through the drive-thru at Dutch Bros. Shortly after placing it in my car, the drink started leaking due to a poorly sealed lid. The liquid spilled into the cup holder and center console, leaving sticky residue throughout the area. This was under normal driving conditions, no squeezing or tipping involved. I didn’t even get a chance to drink it before dealing with the mess. The issue isn’t the drink itself, but basic quality control. For drive-thru orders especially, lids should be checked more carefully. The cleanup and inconvenience far outweighed the cost of the drink.

Isaiah and shift lead Eli were incredible, unfortunately their closing manager Travis was not able to make the experience too great. I’ve gone here a bit and have had great experiences, I walked here with my dog and held him in my arms (15lbs) asking if it’s okay if I have my dog while waiting inside. Eli and Isaiah finished my order and were being respectful trying to get the closing manager while I asked this. Travis came and immediately said “no dogs in the lobby” then proceeded to walk away. I respected the policy but my only concern is my spine which I just had fused in my lumbar recently
