I ordered via Uber Eats. My issue isn’t the temperature of my food. My issue is the deception. You’re advertising a product and providing a totally different option. This is bad for business!

Honestly. The pizza and garlic sticks were fine but with the amount of times I’ve come here their peppers are always wilted and one even looked like someone took a bite out of it. Just unappealing and disappointing when I order and pay extra for peppers and I get 1/4 of a pepper, wilted or rotting peppers or those small ones that are 1/2 the size of the average.

Gross food my pizza tasted like a card bord box it was very chewy and disgusting wasn't cooked or good at all it was gross the quality of the pizza has went down hill it was disgusting gross and I'm never coming back to this Papa johns or Papa John's in longview tx it just sucks for the amount I paid for it to be so horrible 😢 😫

AMAZING! We have been having issues the past few times woth the door dash not wanting to deliver to our house when we are only 2 miles away, door dash is who they use to deliver their food. Well i called this time to make sure this time they can deliver. And i talked to the manager Caitlin, and she was so sweet and very helpful . She put in the order for us. And then called later and said door dash wont deliver it . Again.. so she went above and beyond and got in her own vehicle and delivered the food herself. She was very sweet and was just beyond amazing.. i would definitely recommend. Tha
