So so so good! We finally went over and experienced the new Longview location, we had only tried the one in White Oak, & 10/10 y’all. Everyone seemed so happy to be there, both the customers and employees. The food tasted like whoever cooked it actually loved their job and the prices are fair. We can’t wait to go back!

Today I took my son out on a little date to a place he had never been before in Longview — Ruby’s Mexican restaurant on High Street. Let me tell you, it was a 10/10 experience and I highly recommend it! Our waiter JJ was absolutely amazing. He was very well-mannered, polite, and kept coming back to check on us to make sure we had everything we needed. His customer service was beyond a 10 — honestly it was 100 out of 100. I was excited to hear about this Ruby’s location opening in Longview. I’ve been to the Tyler location a few times and was never disappointed but I was highly disappointed with my visit here. Starting with the pros: Atmosphere: it gives garden style vibes with lots of cute photo ops. They also have a ring light stand for selfies which is pretty neat. Service: with this place being fairly new, I know they’re still trying to figure things out.
