I will never visit this McDonald’s again. This is how they serve your food (photo). And no, the food wasn’t messed up by me—I opened the bag immediately after receiving it. I also didn’t find the sauce I ordered. And the girl who handed me the order looked like if she smiled, she’d be killed. Just a terrible McDonald’s. Date: April 4. Pickup time: 5:20 PM. And look at this burger. How can someone be this bad at their job? Where was the manager looking?

I placed a mobile order. I got up to the speaker and the automated greeting started. I kept saying “hello hello” and no answer. Someone took an order on the 2nd speaker when someone pulled up after me and they took their order. When I came up to the window they did not take my order and asked me to pull up. It was just a cheeseburger and fries and I had to wait much longer than those behind me. And this is what they gave me.

Every single time I go to this McDonald’s they without fail mess up every order I make something on the order is always wrong. There is not a single time that I have been to this McDonald’s where I am either waiting there for 30 minutes or they gotten something wrong with my order or most likely both the service here sucks. They never read the receipt receipts. There’s any time I make a modification for anything that it is never there. I always have to turn drive back. I always have to check the bag. I always have to go back-and-forth with the staff because they never get it right. They never

It said to call the number on the receipt if we had a problem. I left a voicemail and nobody ever called me back. This restaurant constantly makes people park because they never have food ready. I've been here 3 times while donating plasma, and every time I had to either park and wait 10 minutes, or the food came out cold. I waited 25 minutes in line for cold nuggets. Left a voicemail about it. Nothing. No call back. You guys care so much about feedback that you have the phone number posted on the drive thru window too. It's a black hole voicemail where you can complain and never get a respons
