I walked in at 7:30 first customers of the day and I was greeted with kindness. I sat down and I ordered a delightful strawberry banana fruit smoothie which was brought to me quickly. Then I ordered two pancakes and a side of bacon which was brought incrediblely fast. was pretty good compared to other cafe's. My experience here was great and I would highly recommend Rick's Cafe if you're near Los Altos and looking for a great breakfast or lunch.

We came here late in the afternoon and we're not disappointed. We ordered breakfast and it was hot, fresh and delicious. The portion sizes were generous and not too much. The service was nice, as we were the only customers, but I believe the service would be good anytime. I bet this place really packs them in on Saturday and Sunday mornings. The facilities were very neat and clean. I loved how the coffee pot is left on the table. I will gladly return again and again.

Very ordinary place. The service left a lot to be desired. They never came back to check on us. Water was never filled again though the cups were thick steel ones. So cool and nice. The Greek omelette was boring. The hash browns with it were mostly burnt and between cold and lukewarm. I asked for salsa or pico de Gallo and the lady said that she will bring some more tomato-ey one with less spice but never did bring any. Bagel was forgetful and buttered. Restroom could be cleaner and better maintained too. Perhaps a 2.5 star place for me.

Ordered egg Benedict - was not great, no real taste, potatoes were crunchy. Also ordered blueberry pancake - was good, 6 out of 10. Again - very little taste somehow. Overall friendly service. But rather average everything.
