We walked into an empty store, so figured we'd get in and out pretty quickly. Instead, we were made to wait 17 minutes for our drinks while the staff made to-go orders for people who were not there and did not come in the time we were waiting. We finally asked where we were in the queue and were told they were working on it. We finally got our drinks and they tasted really off. We threw them out. Won't be back. I genuinely love the coffee here, but the experience at this location has become impossible to justify. The wait times are simply not worth it anymore. Every time I walk in, I end up standing at the register for a long time before anyone even acknowledges me to take an order. Thinking I’d be smart and skip the line, I switched to the mobile app, but it was even worse. The app is incredibly buggy, constantly crashes, and managed to completely eliminate my accumulated rewards points. Even with the app, it took 25 minutes to prepare my order. Another Philz, another mess. Open for an hour and the outside seating area is still a mess. They seem to be too busy chit chatting to take care of the basics. Coffee supposed to be ready at 6:40 is five minutes late. There are hardly any customers. 🤷‍♂️. Barista keeps touching their face; what happened to basic hygiene? Coffee is great. I give the Store Manager, Ky, high credit for talking with me at some length about these issues. Thank you, Ky.

The coffee here is so unique in flavor, I truly enjoyed it! I have had the mint mojito, the rosé one, and gingersnap flavored coffee. They’re all delicious but the mint mojito is my favorite so far. Service is so fast too!
