I had a really disappointing experience here, and most of it comes down to how poorly the customer service is handled. From the moment I walked in, it felt like customers were more of an inconvenience than a priority. Staff seemed unmotivated and uninterested in helping, which already set a negative tone. What made things worse was witnessing how the manager Kat interacts with both customers and EMPLOYEES. Instead of being professional or supportive, the manager was openly rude and dismissive. Have had multiple mix ups here. Staff also try to double charge. If you messed it up it’s also just nice to let the customer keep it. Also because it’s quite literally spreading germs to hand it back. Just gross and weird. Also constantly get the wrong drink and it’s very simple. And why can’t I have no ice? I have been told it’s something yall don’t offer anymore?

This is just MY experience, so...these doughnuts we TERRIBLE! The "blueberry" didn't even have fake blueberries in it, the chocolate was chalky at best and the jelly filled was confusing. All three were dry, bland and down right bad. I could not even choke them down with water. This really is a bummer, because I used to really like this place. Go to king soopers, or get hostess you'll be happier.
