Breakfast is gross. Girl was nice enough, didn't explain upcharge while ordering a simple breakfast meal. Pissed it cost $13. Sandwich was soggy and just not eatable. Upcharged for selecting iced coffee and its soo nasty I dumped it out. Giant sack of home fries that just taste like grease. French toast sticks where soaked in frying grease and got stomach ache after just a few bites. NEVER going there again for breakfast SOO GROSS... $13 bro. Dog wouldn't even eat it...

Manager at window needs better training. If you don't have a product tell me at the microphone. And don't hand a customer a different drink talking about we dont have it and then slam the window shut. Next time I will make his day and embarrass him.

I never thought I would be doing a review of this place. Came by to order and use the restroom, and I was ignored by all the employees. nearly waiting 40 mins. I understand if it was busy but dude just kept looking at me and not even “I’ll be right with you” instead kept taking more drive through orders in the mic.

It's been 4 months that I moved to Massachusetts and this BK is by far the best one I've been in the State. Great service, staff very polite and cordial, and the food was great!!! I'll definitely come back here again
