Best Noodle Spot on the Island (Hidden Gem) I found Joy Cup Noodles while searching for a place that served Dan Dan noodles, and my goodness, these were the best noodles I have had since coming back from Japan. came by this place to try dan dan noodles and also tried the steamed dumplings . steamed dumplings were okay and the noodles were good not the best we’ve had here in hawaii but pretty good , get them spicy if you do get them though .. pretty small establishment, very nice people very attentive and friendly . the outside of the place looked different then what was online so i took picture .. it looks sketchy from the outside but was good food .

The food here is amazing. The service is amazing and the lady who runs the place is so sweet. We ordered the Dan Dan noodles, which is their best seller (and for good reasons). It was so flavorful and the noodles are homemade, the sauce is amazing. Best I’ve ever had!!! She makes everything at the restaurant fresh as you order. The cucumber salad was so refreshing and the bamboo shoots had a nice sesame flavor. The spicy potatoes were very unique, she flash cooks them so it remains crunchy and the sauce wasn’t oily at all and so delicious. Highly recommend this place. It’s small so it’s easy
