had a very frustrating experience at Chick-fil-A today. I waited in the drive-thru line for quite some time, but when I got to the ordering point, no one assisted me and I wasn’t able to place an order. I continued forward to the window hoping someone could help, but I was still not served. I was then asked to pull forward and wait in a different location, yet no one ever came to assist me. After spending all that time waiting, I ended up leaving without being able to order anything. This was extremely disappointing, especially because Chick-fil-A is usually known for great customer service.

I ordered through the app from this location today to have food delivered for myself, my boss and another coworker. They farmed the delivery out to Door Dash, and when the dasher arrived with the food most of the order was missing. All of the sauces were missing for the food that we did receive. The dasher called the store to try to resolve the issue and they said there was nothing that they could do. The dasher was even willing to go back to the store to pick up the rest of the order but they wouldn't help us, they just said that there was nothing that they could do. I did get a partial r

Biggest waste of 15 minutes in my life. Queued in a line of cars marked on the pavement as "drive thru" and waited in line like normal and waited for someone to take my order. Found it weird that no one was serving my line, so I figured they would take my order at the intercom like any other drive thru. Finally got to the front of the line and it turned out that I needed some app that I didn't have installed to order food.
