This place is truly special! Traveling around the nation on music tours I’m always in search of the best coffee shop a city has to offer and believe it or not, Monomyth Coffee in Lubbock has captured something extraordinary and sits in my top 3 in all of the US. The beans are sourced from some of the best locations around the globe and are responsibly roasted to perfection. I always grab a back of Ethiopian when I visit. Disappointed….Fun fact, I work for a commercial coffee company but will choose, a local, independently owned coffee shop, over it every time. I got a seasonal cardamom and honey latte. I figured with house made syrups the flavors may be more subtle so I ordered it extra sweet. I didn’t taste the honey and the warm, floral taste of cardamom didn’t come through at all. So yea I was pretty disappointed to pay $9.00 bucks for a 16oz (largest size they have) breve latte with cold foam

This was one of the best cold brews I have had in a long time. The coffee shop is super cute, the cashier was very kind and I bought myself a cute sticker for my computer. Definitely recommend.
