Standpipe has quickly become a favorite for our family while in the Lufkin area. A relaxing place to hang out, excellent customer service and fantastic drinks. A few of our favorites: the Criminal, Midnight, Irish Lodge, Dirty Chai, Just Peachy, Strawberry Fields and the Honeybee. The decor and merch are well done. And the cute painted windows are an added bonus.!

We are moving to the Lufkin area and spent a day walking around "downtown". We found Standpipe from a google search and thought we'd try it out. Everyone we encountered was super friendly. Great suggestions from the employees for different coffees and cold drinks to try. True small town vibe at this location, especially coming from the greater Houston area. It's very welcoming and we look forward to more visits in the future.

This review is for whoever implemented a one refill policy on your drip coffee as the rest of my experience was wonderful. What's an extra refill cost you? Pennies? Not that it will matter to you, but you've motivated me to spend my money elsewhere. I only visit Standpipe during the holidays because I'm not often in East Texas anymore, but I've always enjoyed working remotely at Standpipe because the WiFi is reliable, the people are friendly, and the coffee is great. No one has ever questioned my requesting a 2nd refill until this visit, and the incredibly polite, apologetic barista advised
