I ordered a six dollar Matcha latte and it got done completely wrong I ordered with cream and I got it with milk and whipped cream and then when I went through the drive-through to complain the nice cashier said he would redo it for me until the manager told him no and then when I went inside to understand why he couldn’t, the manager was very rude, which is weird considering how managers are the ones they’re supposed to fix issues. I was very dissatisfied and he didn’t even give me any other solution or offer to fix it.

Worse Dunkin’s in mass ! Has to be ! Busiest one in the city of Lynn and they can’t ever get it right ! And mind you they have about 20 employees working at once ! If you can’t make a coffee don’t work ! Sandwiches are always sketchy too ! Place needs be management or shut it down !

Every time I visit the Lynn Massachusetts area I make it a point to stop at this location. It is usually during an overnight shift that I order my iced latte and it is always correct and stirred to perfection. It is seldom that you can find a place that is open 24 hours and has staff working such a grueling shift and yet I am always met with the most courteous, professional and positive attitudes.
