When ordering my pizza for carryout I could barely hear the person taking the order they were not speaking in a normal voice and when I asked them to repeat themselves about was this the right location they just softly said yeah! I think more training needs to be done on the phone as far as proper customer service and manners the person was not rude, but immediately put doubts in my mind about ordering here but I went ahead and did that. He said it would be 15 minutes I got there a few minutes before walked in pizza was ready to go I thought well this is very unusual cuz I was just a little bi

My husband did a pickup order and noticed one of our pizzas was thoroughly burned. He notified the employee and the employee made us a replacement. The pizza was good, but I've noticed multiple reviews mention the fact that their pizzas were burned. Burned pizzas should not be given out to paying customers.
