This is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting, me and my bf went here at around 11pm and my bf ordered the Fried-Seasoned Chicken Tenders. Once we made it back home and he got to eating it, he noticed the texture and taste was a bit off and saw that it was completely raw and cold. We most definitely will not be going back to eat there, should have known better than to eat here!!!

I ordered some loaded fries around 12 in the morning and this is what I got. On top of that the food was cold and filled with grease I couldn’t even eat it. It was disgusting and let me know all I need to know about this restaurant

The AI chat bot you have to speak to at the speaker is garbage. Bring back a real person. I pulled up and heard the same prerecorded greeting you get at every fast food joint and did not reply. After i looked over the menu, I tried to speak to speaker and got no response. I waited and tried again to no response. As I waited, a long line started to form. The workers sat at the glass and just watched us sit there and said nothing for 5 minutes or so. As always the food is delicious. Price is not bad either and they have the best fries around. However, I went there days before I got to eat because they were opening about 45 minutes late. I parked because I was going to eat on site and walked to the window where it took me 10 minutes for someone to talk to me just to tell me they were opening late. No signs saying they were closed and the open sign was lit up. So I went back a few days later after 1. Went through the drive thru. A robot took my order which is not a bad idea. Got my food and was happy with it
