I’ve been a regular here, and oh my God, the service is horrible. Every time my drink is nasty and food is either burnt, or just super cold and dry and tastes old and weird . I end up throwing it away. Today I asked the lady to take something off at the drive-through order and she didn’t even acknowledge me. If it’s the older gentleman, keep driving, ordered a almond matcha med, FROZEN w/ cold foam instead brought a latte, argued with me about what I asked for we half ass blended it and handed it back and still no foam, just gonna call when another employee is there, unacceptable.
