Can't make a simple coffee order correctly. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel, disn't realize til I got to my deatination they missed the sausage, and had WAYY yoo much weird tasting butter on the sandwich, to the point I couldn't eat it due to nausea. My recent experience with this and other McDonalds is turning me off of these resteraunts.

The employees here are ALWAYS so nice, but there's a new guy with a cool mustache who is very nice. Another guy who has been there a long time, who has a bit of a mustache and a beard and they both have about the same color hair I think. It's always nice to deal with pleasant people in the morning. I drive out of my way to go to this McDonald's.

The lobby always looks decent when I come in …but being a previous McDonalds manger ..I would never come back here, anytime I come thru I normally order a quarter pounder and it has never came fully cooked so I end up throwing it away…today i decided to get cheese burgers with just extra pickle and they couldn’t even do that right …aren’t the burgers supposed to have a sticker when it has anything special about it? And on top of that I was at the second window for 5-10min just for a cheeseburger meal…this is sadly the closest McDonalds to me but I’m going to start going to the one on mound now

When we pulled up to order in the drive-thru, we noticed the long line of cars, but we ordered anyways. The person asked for our order with an attitude, and we still made our order, but the person kept getting my order wrong. We kept trying to tell them but they never came back over the speaker, so we were said we would just let them know at the window. We waited and waited and waited...we couldn't wait no longer after 20mins, the cars were moving like snails, so we left without getting our food.
