I placed an online order and was disappointed with the experience. The Sweet Fire Chicken Breast was slightly soggy instead of crispy, and my order was missing the white rice I paid for. I ordered half white rice and half chow mein, but only received the chow mein, which was also bland. I wish the staff had taken a moment to double-check the order before sending it out. Reading the order is fundamental, and a quick review could have prevented these mistakes. The location was once a good one but have since gone downhill.

We live dining here because the customer service is always excellent, even when we stop by late in the day. The manager is always helpful and you can tell she runs a tight ship, she works the register and the line and I always see her be so kind. We can usually find a seat and the place is clean and busy.

It was pretty slow when I walked into this location of Panda Express and I got greeted fairly quickly. Everything on the table looked pretty fresh and they were making new food as I got there. I got my usual order, which was a plate with fried rice, sweet fire chicken, and black pepper angus steak (does have an up-charge but is worth it). The portions weren't as big as I was used to but the food was still really good. The steak entree was also mostly vegetables, but it was still good. The sweet fire chicken is always amazing. The juicy pineapples really add to the flavor. The rice was fluffy

Came in on Sunday around 4:30. Food is fine. If a customer is confused on what size they can or can’t get with the sides the employee should kindly explain not yell out over the speaker with an attitude. If you works customer service you are expected to know how to respectfully attend to all guest.
