Rude service. I was given the wrong price over the phone and then charged much more on my credit card. When I asked for the reason, she became even ruder and said, “Let me talk to my colleague.” Even if your colleague made a mistake, that does not give you the right to be rude to a customer. The biggest issue here is the lack of customer service and professionalism. They need to learn from worst of the worst American restaurant then also they will do better 🙂.
