We’ve been coming to The Coach Grill in Madison Heights for a while now, and it’s one of those places that just never lets you down. On a Saturday night my girlfriend and I wanted to go somewhere close and somewhere simple and we found The coach grill. First thing i saw was how busy and cozy the place seemed right when we walked in. After the staff cleaned a table very quickly and seated us, we looked over the menu. Coach Grille is primarily known for its burgers, though specials, such as lamb chops and braised rabbit, are occasionally available. The staff is efficient, and the atmosphere is welcoming. To start, the split pea soup and onion rings are both solid choices. The soup is made in-house, and the panko-breaded onion rings were crispy and firm.
