Easily the worst Dunkin’ experience I’ve ever had. The staff were extremely rude and unfriendly from the start. I asked for a refresher without ice (I can’t drink cold beverages), and the employee straight up refused to make it — said she wouldn’t do it at all. I’ve never seen this at any other location. Then the manager stepped in and suddenly said they could make it, but only if I paid extra — which is clearly a made-up policy. I still said fine, no problem. It only got worse from there. I paid extra for additional cream on top, and they intentionally gave way less than usual — not even cl

I wish I can give them negative stars. I ordered Medium Hot Light Coffee and was handed Medium Iced Coffee instead, when complained I was told to order new hot coffee. DD is becoming unfriendly these days!!

This Business seems to think that they are the only Dunkin’ Donuts in the area. So if they are inhospitable and unappreciated for your business, they should think again. I walked in for a sandwich, meal, donuts, and munchkins, I asked for a sample munchkin, of a new “wedding cake” flavor, and they couldn’t even spare a 10 cent munchkin. I am so I’m so happy that I left them with nothing and I just drove five minutes to the next Dunkin’ Donuts who seemed extremely happy for my business and very appreciable. Like many other reviews I ordered a drink with LESS ice not NO ice. The first order had written on it extra ice instead and the cup was not filled to the top but almost 3/4s with extra ice so I went back around and said I think there was a misunderstanding and please make me the drink with less ice. She comes back with literally a half cup full of liquid for a $6 drink. Honestly I’ve ordered this drink daily from other dunkin locations and never had this issue: with less ice maybe it’s a little bit less liquid but not half way filled.
