I knew it was too good to be true. I don't want to take anything away from the pickup staff at this location. They are the best. The only reason I have had to physically walk in the store is to purchase gift cards. I noticed last week that I could purchase them with my pickup order. I have spent at least 3 hours today trying to get a hold of someone with the number they provided. Of course, the activation did not go through, except to take the amount off my checking account. No one answers, no one calls back.

Not enough checkers at peak shopping times. They expect you to scan your own groceries. The system to scan your own groceries is weak at best. Their system restrooms are consistently atrocious. Smiths do better! You have the budget you have the financial backing. We deserve better as customers.

They keep placing cut Honeydew that I has the texture of styrofoam for purchase. I’ve brought it to their attention several times and they keep on screwing the public over by neglecting on doing the right thing. Correct it or pull it from shelves.
