KFC is my go to restaurant for fried chicken I stop by to get me a 2 piece and the chicken was dark brown as if it sat in grease and was refried in the fry fryer the biscuit was hard and coleslaw taste spoiled I was disappointed because I was debated against KFC and a Mexican food truck I picked KFC and totally disappointed the manager had 4 people waiting on her while she was walking talking on the store phone and wasn't awaring us that she would assist us soon customers wasn't acknowledged it seem as if she was focused on closing duty's and not the customers look like she was the only one wo

It's a chicken spot in the trap, so use your best judgment. The biscuits were spot on and right out of the oven today. My pot pie was also well made. Not a whole lot of customer service and very little manners from staff. But again, it's in the trap.

The female manager pretending to not speak English, Spanish, or Creole while a truck was being delivered was enough for me to drive away. Her argumentative demeanor and insistence that there are "no cups" to allow a combo order made me chuckle. I'm not shocked that this is the last fast food place available in Northwood, but at this rate I will be glad it closes.

Serving chicken that's been in the warmer since the morning fry. Came through drive thru today 6/24/26, approximately 2:55pm, and was sold dark meat chicken wherein the meat was dried out, skin hard and dry and the bone dark in color, simply meaning that it had been in the warmer from the morning fry and is in direct violation of KFC's 90 minute rule. KFC has a strict maximum holding limit of 90 minutes for bone-in chicken in their warmers, while smaller items like Popcorn Chicken have a limit of just 20 minutes.
