Charlotte Café is easily one of my favorite cafés on the Upper West Side. The entire space is beautiful, whether you choose to sit inside or outside. It has such a cozy, charming atmosphere that makes you want to stay for a while. The coffee was absolutely incredible. I ordered an iced vanilla latte, and from the very first sip I felt instantly awake. It had the perfect balance of sweetness while still letting the rich coffee flavor shine through. I love this place. The staff were so kind and welcoming. They had gluten-free pastries both times I went ( one or 2 portions ) the first time I came I had a gluten-free pumpkin muffin which was delicious and the second time I went I had the gluten-free banana bread, which is also delicious. The coffee was also good and there is plenty of space with Wi-Fi to do work. they also have a covered greenhouse area which is super cute to get some sun, although you cannot work with your laptop in those areas, which I feel like is fair

The food and coffee here are both so good. I’m a big fan of the croissant sandwiches and the scones. And they have wonderful syrup options to change up a delicious latte. The staff has always been so friendly and helpful! Happy for this wonderful cafe in the neighborhood.
