The promotion advertises a cheese pizza and a bottle of water for $5.99, which creates the expectation of a standard meal. However, the pizza included in the promotion is smaller than the regular size, and this isn't clearly communicated. In addition, if the promotional meal isn't already prepared, customers are required to wait for it. I believe the offer should be presented more transparently by clearly stating that it includes a smaller pizza. Setting accurate expectations upfront would create a better customer experience and help build trust with customers.

I ordered a cheese slice & $14 a Philly cheese steak sandwich. The sandwich had an extremely small piece of steak barely any steak at all with uncooked unions & cold cheese unmelted and the bread was stale. The steak was barely cooked at all. The cheese pizza was burnt. I have given this place more chances than i should have. I dont know how this place stays open. It’s unfortunate but i wont be ordering from here again. A $14 steak sandwich should be sold as a meatless cold onion sandwich with cold cheese because that’s what i paid $14 for.

I heard from old timers talking about a place of the same name in Downtown Brooklyn that closed a while ago. Not sure if there's any connection. But this place has very hearty slices, more cheese & sauce than most and the service was very friendly. I just saw it & stopped in randomly. Ill definitely be back.

It’s standard. Sometimes, you want and need standard. Pros: beef patty (and by that, I mean they serve it) the biggest dining area in the hood w/AC cheap slice they got ice cream open late wings are an option… feels kind of dirty Con: < quality than the top end slice spots thicker more doughy slices the AC can be weak on super hot days feels kind of dirty To summarize: It’s the late night, don’t wanna wait in line, something cheaper, need to sit down and chill inside because it’s an oven/arctic cold outside- spot
