Ashley Perez★★★★★Stopped into Carlow East around 3 PM and had a great experience. The bartender was fantastic friendly, attentive, and had a great personality that made the visit enjoyable. Service was prompt, and they made sure everything was taken care of without being overbearing. The beer was cold, poured perfectly, and exactly what you want when stopping in for a drink. The welcoming atmosphere and excellent service will definitely keep me coming back whenever I'm in the area.

Can't comment on food (didn't notice a kitchen) but drinks are perfect & won't break a bank, especially for rail cocktails. Under $10 per drink - really good for NYC. Recommend: gin-tonic & gin Rickey.

There is a younger staff member that was being short with not just our group, but other groups too. Maybe a bad day, but he seemed frustrated that customers were even there.
