So I'm gonna start with the bad. There is only 1 thing that I felt could have been better...drain the oil from the cheese curds a little longer. Other than that everything else was fantastic. The burgers had a great charbroiled taste and the buns were a perfect match. The cheese curds were super gooey which I feel makes a great cheese curd. Again drain a little longer and it's perfect. The last thing I got was a chocolate shake. That really hit the spot. This place is the definition of a hidden gem.
