You get what you expect but I dont believe the ingredients are 50% more expensive then they were 2 years ago. Once a company realizes what youre willing to pay there is no reason to go back to the cheaper price. They weighed the loss of customers to the added profits and I guess they didnt lose enough customers to make them want to lower prices.

Be warned. Your delivery order will almost always be between 15-20 minutes late and “corporate” will refund only 15% of your order, which amounted to a little over the tax on the order. I’ve never had their delivery orders on time…ever. Try another chain. They seem to be non-responsive to customer needs and/or complaints.

Waited 40 minutes for our order. Missing half of it when we went to pick it up. Over an hour wait to get full order. Never had any issues at any other location.

Whoever was working on oct 20th, 2025 at about 9pm at the riverfront location did a wonderful job. They were super nice and I could tell that they’re both working super hard :)))
